Basically you buy time. It is suggested that you
buy a block of hours, normally 10, which first mate will
hold on account and use as and when requested by you.
There is no minimum charge
or rounding up, if 1.5 hours are spent on your task
you will be billed for 1.5 hours!
At the end of each month first mate
will send you a timesheet showing exactly what has been
used and what hours have been carried over.
They will also send you an account
for any third party invoices (gifts purchased, contractors
accounts etc) which must be settled within seven days
together with an invoice for further hours if necessary.
Wherever possible first mate has negotiated
a discount with any supplier used, which should theoretically
cover your costs in employing first mate.
