These are a few examples of First Mate's achievements
for clients.
Mr Jones was expected for a court case
in London with paperwork at midday the following day -
one original item of paperwork was missing which would
have meant the case being adjourned for a further five
months. First Mate were able, within two hours, to source
and book a return flight to Majorca where the paperwork
had been left, returning him in time for the hearing despite
the fact that it was one of the busiest holiday weeks
of the year and Majorca being a top destination.
Mr James provided First Mate with his
car insurance renewal quote being £775.46 and with
three hours research over the internet and with brokers
First Mate made him a saving of £319.76 by shopping
around.
Mr Roberts was offered a buy to let property
to purchase at a £20,000 reduction provided he could
exchange and complete simultaneously. First Mate put him
in touch with a mortgage broker who found him a mortgage
to suit all his needs at a good rate within 24 hours.
Miss Webb needed a spare room for visitors
at short notice. The games room was stripped, repainted
and stocked with linen and accessories including a wall-mounted
TV, and a new bed base built to order, within seven days
of receiving the instruction.
Mr Blake’s tenants were vacating
his property having rented it for some five years. Within
one month, First Mate arranged and oversaw the redecoration,
carpeting, cleaning and general maintenance needed after
a long let. New tenants took up occupation less than four
weeks after the old ones had vacated:
“I am really chuffed with everything Emma, turned
a whole bunch of hassle in being 100 miles away into something
that has taken 20 minutes of emails. Thank you.”

to say thank you to their clients and contractors, First

restaurant in Cowes on the night of the Round the Island
race – First Mate obliged with a booking for 10.

they produce and First Mate was able at extremely short

across two counties over the space of one bank holiday
weekend.

and complimentary strawberries and cream by 2.30 pm.
